Właśnie na naszym niebie odbywa się spektakl w wykonaniu Leonidów 🌠(konstelacja Lwa🦁, radiant Leonidów znajduje się właśnie w tym gwiazdozbiorze) – roju meteorów, o którym kilka słów napisałam TUTAJ i zapraszam do krótkiej lektury.
Leonidy możemy podziwiać (oczywiście, jeśli pogoda nam na to pozwoli❗) rok
rocznie, gdyż są stałymi bywalcami jesiennego nocnego nieba pomiędzy 10, a 23
listopada.
Tegoroczne maksimum wypada 17/18 (czwartek/piątek). Jasne, długie smugi.
Prędkość tych „gości” w atmosferze ziemskiej wynosi 72 km/sekundę. Według
szacunków liczba "spadających gwiazd" w ciągu godziny wyniesie
od 30 do nawet 200. Najlepiej obserwacje prowadzić od około godziny 23 do świtu
licząc i mając nadzieję, że pogoda okaże się dla nas łaskawa❗
Ciekawostki: największą obfitość Leonidów odnotowano w 1966 roku – liczba
meteorów wyniosła około 140 tysięcy godzinę. Wcześniej, bo w 1833 roku w
Ameryce Północnej zanotowano 26.700. Ponadto lata: 1866, 1999 (więcej niż
1 tysiąc „spadających gwiazd” na godzinę) i 2001 (nawet 3 tysiące). Według
naukowców kolejne takie „eldorado” nastąpi najprawdopodobniej dopiero w 2099
roku, jednak ich „trochę” więcej może uda nam się zaobserwować w latach 2031 i
2064.

UsuńThe Russian ambassador to Poland has been summoned by the Polish Foreign Ministry for tomorrow (I mean today, because it’s Wednesday already...). An urgent meeting of NATO ambassadors at Poland's request will also be tomorrow. There were talks on the line Poland-US and Poland-Brussels. Prime Minister Andrzej Duda spoke with Joe Biden, but at this point we don't know the details. There was a meeting of the National Security Bureau in the evening. The Warsaw mayor has convened an urgent crisis staff. The Security Minister will talk with the Pentagon chief. The Foreign Ministry is loudly saying "Russian-made missile."
What does Moscow say?
"The information of the Polish media and officials about the impact of Russian missiles on Poland is a deliberate provocation aimed at escalating the situation."
"No attacks on targets near the Ukrainian-Polish state border were carried out by Russian means of missiles."

Usuńat moment Polish officials haven't any evidence yet. On the one hand, it's a "Russian-made missile", as you mentioned. On the other hand, preliminary information suggests the explosion in Poland might not have been caused by a missile fired from Russia.

UsuńI read that the rocket was fired from Ukraine, but this doesn’t change the fact that it was Russia that started the war! If it weren’t for Russia there wouldn’t be the current situation and these tragic events!!!
